This project has three live-work units on the ground level and 50 apartment units. It consists of concrete foundation and PT deck and six wood framed floors. This project is located on a busy Queen Anne street near the Space Needle and Seattle Science Center.
This project had poor site soils from the beginning. The building is supported by 187 pipe piles with continuous grade beams. It consists of 34 apartment units and three live-work units on the ground level.

The excavation created a large ‘tub’ for rain water to collect and had to be pumped from the site through a storm water management system for 2 weeks.
