This project had poor site soils from the beginning. The building is supported by 187 pipe piles with continuous grade beams. It consists of 34 apartment units and three live-work units on the ground level.

43 Unit apartment building with one level of underground parking. The project started during one of the wettest fall seasons on record in the Seattle area. The excavation created a large ‘tub’ for rain water to collect and had to be pumped from the site through a storm water management system for 2 weeks. This project is located across the street from a busy grocer in the heart of Queen Anne.

Future mixed-used project in Fremont at the corner of 36th Street & Greenwood Avenue. This project consists of 66 apartments, one live/work unit and 3,000 square feet of prominent commercial frontage along 36th Street.
