The retail project is located in the Kent-Des Moines area, just west of Interstate 5 at the intersection of Pacific Highway S. and Kent-Des Moines Road (Hwy. #516). It is anchored by a 33,000sf Quality Food Center (QFC) and offers an additional 43,000sf of retail space.
